Craniosacral Therapy (CST)
This is a light-touch bodywork approach that works with the whole body, focusing on the central nervous system to promote deep relaxation and healing. When the body enters a rest-and-digest state, its natural ability to heal and restore balance is enhanced. In each session, we will work to help release tension, restore balance, and support overall well-being. The used of essential oils may be used if you allow.
Raindrop Therapy
Raindrop Technique focuses on spinal health and supporting immune health. With the use of 9 different essential oils applied to the reflex points on the feet and then applied down the spin. This technique was created by Gary Young, founder of Young Living with inspiration from the Lakota Sioux Tribes healing ritual. With the use of the oils and massage techniques used will help soften the tissues around the spin and have a positive effect on mobility.
Relaxation Massage Therapy
Unwind and support your selfcare with a gentle soothing touch relaxation massage, using 100% Organic Jojoba oil which nourishes the skin and a choice from two custom essential oil blends. This session may also be enjoyed without the use of essential oils.
Medical Massage Therapy
This is a custom blend session for addressing a more targeted issue. In this session, any combination of CST, Myofascial release, Lymph drainage, Isolated massage with the use of essential oils may be used to promote healing.
